Abstract
Rail Traffic Management (TM) is representative of an emerging class of technologies provide supervisory control and decision support in collaborative contexts. This paper presents observation and interview analysis to outline the dimensions of TM from a human factors perspective, to inform the case for further investments in TM development and deployment and to support strategic infrastructure capacity benefits (Soone, 2024).
