| Abstract This paper describes a human factors education programme that extends to mentoring frontline clinical staff in applying their knowledge to real problems. Bristol’s human factors champion programme has been accredited by the Chartered Institute for Ergonomics and Human Factors and is actively developing human factors capacity to ensure an accurate representation and application across the organisation. |
